After ordered the machine, it delivered only 1Wk and I could tracking status everyday. When I started function check,  the machine was in trouble with X axis motion without X axis move command. This phenomena was caused by the spindle motor electrical noize. I was contact with customer support and requested to send me new controller board. The new board deliverd only 3 days and replaced it to be cleared to trouble. So, I felt excellent activity on customer support.
